Growing up, Matt Keeney learned more than just how to wash dishes and cook from his mom; he learned the value of being comfortable in the kitchen.
This early education laid the groundwork for what would become Keeney's Kitchen Meal Prep, co-founded with his wife, Brooke. Starting with serving their local gym members at Dreamboat Fitness, the Keeneys quickly realized their home kitchen couldn't sustain their business over the long run!
