We're thrilled to introduce ourselves, Matt and Brooke, as the proud owners of Keeney's Kitchen Columbus. Our enthusiasm for providing wholesome and convenient food is set to reach your doorstep soon. As fellow parents to Zade (10) and Zayah (7), we understand what it means to be busy. This inspired us to launch our meal prep services in Lucasville, Ohio, on January 1, 2022. Since then, we've had the privilege of delivering over 200,000 meals.

But that's not all! We are also the proud owners of Dreamboat Fitness, where we've been coaching and training since 2017. Our commitment to promoting exercise and a healthy lifestyle is reflected in everything we do. We firmly believe that health is wealth and are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals while savoring delicious and nutritious meals.
