How do I place my order?

Simply go to KeeneysKitchenColumbus.com and follow the prompts, add items to cart, and checkout.

 

When will my meals be delivered?

Order cut-off: Wednesday at midnight

Residential delivery 🚚

*Meals will be delivered on that Sunday between the hours of 10am and 8pm

*If you plan on not being home, please leave a cooler on the front porch

If you miss the order cut-off, your meals will be delivered the following Sunday

 

Meal pick-up 🚚

*Meals will be available for pick-up on Monday at designated drop-off location during business hours

 

What meals should I select if I'm a diabetic?

All of our meals on the menu are designed for health and wellness. We've seen fantastic results with customers consuming 2-4 meals per day. We recommend seeking your physician's advice before any drastic changes in your diet. 

 

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes, however, it is not recommended due to the nature of the freshness

 

Why do you serve rice and potatoes in several of your meals?

Carbs are NOT the enemy. Processed food, sweets, Netflix, and sedentary lifestyle is the enemy. Our carbohydrates are portion controlled allowing you not to over consume. Our meals are designed for a balanced lifestyle of Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management, Supplementation. 

 

Is there a cut-off day/time to get my order in for the week?

Yes. The cut-off is Wednesday by midnight.

 

What is the delivery charge for home delivery?

Standard rate for home deliver is $10, however, this is subject to change based on gas prices and distance traveled. 

 

What time will my food arrive on Saturday/Sunday?

Due to the unknown amount of weekly delivery orders, we cannon guarantee a specific time. We recommend that you leave a cooler on front porch if you are unsure if you'll be home between 9am-8pm.

 

What time can I pick up my weekly order at Columbus drop locations? 

We recommend you pick up at business hours Monday.

 

Can I place an order over the phone?

Not at this time. Please place your order on the website or email info@keeneyskitchencolumbus.com for help. 

 

How long do meals last?

Our meals are perishable. They have a 7-day shelf life from Sunday to Sunday, however, some customers freeze the meals to extend shelf life. We recommend only buying what you will consume on a weekly basis. Freezing meals will decrease the quality and taste over time. All meals must be refrigerated, and all meals are designed to remain fresh for seven days. 

 

How long do I heat them up in microwave?

Simply reheat and eat. We recommend 90 seconds to two minutes.

 

Do you customize meals?

We do not customize meals. Meals come standard as they are presented in the description. We recommend customers buying a la cart meat and veggies if you do not like an item. 

 

Are your meals gluten-free?

Several of our meals are gluten-free, but not all. We always list the ingredients in our meal descriptions.

 

What are your meals prepared with?

Our meals are prepared with Olive Oil , Low Sodium Spices, Herbs, Marinades
