Online vs Retail

You can pre-order your meals online for delivery or pickup. We delivery on Sundays and Mondays. Or you can purchase meals from one of our retail grab & go locations.

Delivery Window

For online orders you can choose between free pickup, or delivery. You will find a list of pickup locations and delivery availability when entering your zip code on the menu page.

What time will my food arrive if I choose delivery?

Due to the unknown amount of Sunday orders that change weekly, we can NOT give a specific time.  We ask that you leave a cooler out if you are unsure if you will be home on Sunday between the times 10am-6pm.

If I forget to order on time, do you have extra meals available?

We do have extra meals available weekly for walk-in customers.  We just can’t guarantee what will be in stock when you arrive.

Shelf Life

How long do the meals last?

Our meals are good for about 4-5 days from when you receive them. All our meals come with a 'use by' date and can be frozen before their expiration. Most meals will last until Thursday or Friday of the week delivered.

Can I freeze them?

We recommend you do not freeze your meals.

How long do I heat them up in the microwave?

90 seconds to 2 minutes

Quality & Ingredients

We use a combination of Local, Organic and NON-GMO, Preservative Free ingredients. Our meats are always hormone free, antibiotic free and raised naturally. Most of our meals are gluten-free and lactose or dairy free.

Each meal is packaged with a label containing all the ingredients and nutritional information. You can also filter the menu page based on dietary preferences.
