How to Simplify Your Diet

Simple Food = Real Results 📈

After 25+ years of eating like an athlete, running a gym, writing meal plans, and now helping thousands through Keeney’s Kitchen—I’ve got one message: Keep it simple.

Seriously. Everyone you work with has a “new plan,” a “new coach,” or a “new fix.” But at the end of the day, most aren’t really about it. They’re chasing complicated when what they really need is consistency and simplicity.

Here’s what’s worked for me (and hundreds of others I’ve coached):

✔️ 6 oz of quality meat
✔️ 3-4 oz of two sides (one starch, one non-starch)
✔️ A lot of movement
✔️ And a whole lot of not overthinking it.

I’ve been eating chicken breast and green beans since I was 13 years old. I’m not saying it has to be that exact meal—but I am saying the foundation matters. If you stick with real food, move your body, and drop the need to be perfect... things will change.

That’s the heart of Keeney’s Kitchen—we keep it fresh, real, and simple so you don’t have to overthink every bite. We care about your long-term health, not your 30-day fix.
