One thing I’ve learned over the years is this:
Challenging moments aren’t a matter of if, but when.
Whether it’s the loss of a job, the death of a loved one, illness, or seasons of depression and anxiety—life will test us. And the best way to prepare for those moments is to lean into the uncomfortable ones now.
Raise your heart rate daily. Do things that scare you. Take on challenges that stretch you.
That’s why I love what we’ve built at Keeney’s. This isn’t just about food. It’s about participating. Showing up. Leading by example. For me, it’s become a calling—and I’m grateful for the chance to teach, build trust, and develop leaders in our community every day.
Appreciate you being here with us.
Dedicated to your success,
